Courses
The sequence of this list is strictly random.  The importance of each class is relevant only to the needs of the OMEC.
  • Trailer hook-up
  • Trailer leveling
  • Proper trailer loading (under-carraige stowage)
    • Proper communication with your OMEC on just where all the stuff is stowed

    • Proper communication with your OMEC on where you put his personal items:
      • Underwear
      • Pants
      • Toothbrush
      • Fancy Kit (to be explained by your OMEC)

    • Refrigerator
    • Stove
    • Oven
    • Heat
    • Air Conditioning

    • Other stuff as your OMEC sees fit
  • Cooking (This is a big, big deal)
    • Restaurants are for wimps -- if you want to eat in a restaurant, stay home!
    • Camp cooking does not start with cleaning fish.  We'll get to that later.
    • Camp cooking starts by making a list for the grocery store before you leave home.
      • Your OMEC will give you a live laboratory experience on this function before embarking on your trip.  (All OMECs are certified to teach this lab class.)
      • Grocery shopping is immediately followed by the Interior storage component of the "Proper Trailer Loading" course.
    • Quality camping is not hot dogs on a stick.  (That's for Girl Scouts.)

      • Potatoes
        • Pay attention!  This is most likely the first opportunity for the TB to learn something about the proper utilization of spices.  (Potatoes are cheap, so if the TB screws them up it won't create the need for a bank loan.)
